Primavera Sisterhood, a vibrant regional blend from Huehuetenango, a fantastic example of washed Guatemalan coffee. Crafted exclusively with coffee beans grown by women farmers, this blend not only delivers a balanced, classic flavour but also supports gender equity in coffee production.
Women in the coffee industry face significant barriers, from limited access to land and resources to a lack of educational opportunities. Yet, their dedication to plant care, harvesting, and processing is crucial to producing exceptional coffee. Research shows that empowering women to make financial and operational decisions leads to stronger families and thriving communities.
This coffee is sources 84-85 point coffees from smallholder women farmers in Huehuetenango, ensuring full transparency and traceability to the farm level. A portion of the proceeds funds workshops designed to uplift and educate women producers, equipping them with tools for sustainable success.
