What is Coffee Register
Coffee Register is an online marketplace for UK's independent coffee roasters. Think about Etsy but curated to ensure quality, and exclusively for UK's independent coffee roasters.
How does Coffee Register work?
Coffee Register is a platform for independent roasters to list and sell their products. You, as a roaster, decide on the type and number of listed products (subject to approval from Coffee Register), their descriptions, prices and shipping. When an order comes through, you look after the order from start to shipping.
Payments are transferred to you on a fortnightly basis , for all completed orders,after deduction of Coffee Register's commision fee.
Why should I join Coffee Register?
We believe that providing a curated platform exclusively for independent UK based roasters we are unique and that there is nothing alike on the market. Our two main objectives are to:
- promote local businesses: we love to shop local and to know that we are supporting local economy. We believe there are more people like us who will appreciate our platform, and help to support and grow your business.
- focus on quality: with time (getting older?) we learned to appreciate quality over price. For this reason we ensure that all sellers are curated for independence and quality to make sure that we stay truth to our principles.

How it works
How do I get paid?
We process all payments every two weeks. Funds, minus our commission fee, get transferred via a bank transfer directly to your account.
What does it cost me?
At present there is no cost to you except for the Coffee Register commision fee and payment gate commision. The details of the commissions are provided in the welcome pack issued to you after registration.
Please note that by registering with us you do not commit to anything. You can walk away at any time without incurring any costs.
How does shipping work?
Order fulfillment including shipping is your responsibility. Therefore, you are also responsible for specifying shipping fees for all products.
Which products can I list?
Currently we are accepting only freshly roasted Coffee (one-off purchases and subscriptions) and Consumables (like coffee filters etc.) but we are open to discuss other products.
All products must be made (or roasted) in UK and produced by independent UK's business.
How do you maintain my brand identity?
We understand the amount of work it takes to build, maintain and grow a brand. For this reason we designed Coffee Register to show off and promote your brand as the key feature of our platform.
A customer has an option of picking a roster from the map. In this option the roaster name and address are shown under each of the pins. From there the customer can view the page of that one specific roaster. That page will list only your products, and has a dedicated place for you to talk about yourself and your business.
Furthermore, the roaster name is shown on all product listings and product pages.
If this is not enough, we have a directory of all sellers / roasters in the footer of our page called "Meet our sellers".
