Finally, a decaf! Sorry it's taken so long, but good decaf is hard to come by, and we weren't going to fob you off with just anything!
What we have managed to secure is an excellent all-rounder from the Chiapas region of Mexico, boasting a nicely bodied, subtly citrussy, definitely sweet profile that you can keep coming back to at any time of day. And believe me, I certainly have been!

Founded by Tom, an autistic coffee roaster, Full Spectrum Coffee exists with the mission to make coffee inclusive for all. From workshops exploring the sensory, meditative aspects of coffee, to training in an environment purpose built to cater to those with sensory sensitivites, removing barriers to entry into the world of coffee is a central value of the company.
All of Full Spectrum's coffees are specialty grade and sourced carefully to try to represent the under-represented wherever possible. This includes female owned lots, less traditional origins, and (in the future) lots produced by those with learning disabilities and neurodivergences.
