A 50/50 blend of our Hunbatz, from Guatemala, and our Ugandan Karambi beans. Combining the brightness and acidity of the Hunbatz with the mellowness and rounded body of the Karambi results in a very balanced tasty blend, perfect as a filter coffee with or without milk. When you are out of kilter you are not in balance, so have some of this filter blend and it will put you back in–kilter.
