Process - Semi Washed
Semi washed process coffee is a coffee processing method that involves using a demucilaging machine to remove the skin of the coffee cherry as well as some or most of the mucilage from the green coffee itself. The fermentation process with the semi washed method takes place in tanks, and the coffee beans are constantly stirred to ensure that they are evenly fermented. After 12-18 hours, the coffee beans are then washed to remove the remaining mucilage from the beans
