Coffee Roasters Scotland started originally as RamBeans, during the first lock down, a covid lockdown hobby come fledgling business by our Head Roaster Raymond.


Raymond's passion and love for coffee began after a trip to Australia back in 2012/2013. Carrying out barista duties and tinkering of coffee machines dabbling in the technical side. After returning the United Kingdom the dream was always to have his own coffee shop.


Four years later we now own two Coffee Roasting companies and a vintage coffee van that has featured on the BBC/Hulu/Apple Tv.


RamBeans is our dedicated Single Origin branch of the business where Coffee Roasters Scotland focuses on the commercial side.
